INTRODUCTION
Fan, Chan & Co. was established by the founder, Mr. SY FAN and Mr. BRIAN CHAN in 1976. Since then, our firm has been through transformation which continuously leads to multiple achievements in terms of number of partners, clients and scope of service, including audit and assurance, accounting, taxation, corporate secretary, management consultancy and business advisory. With the approval of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, we have officially converted our partnership into a corporate practice in 2018, namely Fan, Chan & Co. Limited. Now, we have collectively about 100 staff in total. Among of them, over twenty percent of the staff are qualified accountants.
